Matt Ryan - Hometown Famous

Hometown Famous delivers high-energy, modern country rock rooted in the Okanagan Valley. Spearheaded by singer-songwriter and producer Matt Ryan, the project blends authentic, farm-raised country grit with modern production.

After studying audio engineering at Ontario's prestigious Metalworks Institute, he spent time in Nashville to hone his songwriting and studio production skills alongside industry heavyweights. His track record includes thousands of independent streams and regional radio airplay under previous projects Matt Ryan and Diamond Steel.

Now entering a definitive new chapter, Hometown Famous has teamed up with renowned, award-winning producer Jeff Johnson (George Canyon, Nickelback). The project's debut single, "I Can Catch A Fish," available now, marking the arrival of a powerful new voice in Canadian country rock.
